Prices

At Park Concept A/S, we reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Park Concept A/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in EUR. Euro and include VAT. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Park Concept A/S strives to dispatch orders received before 14:00 the same day; orders placed afterward will be sent the following business day. We deliver to all of Denmark. Shipping prices start from 39 DKK. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your goods will be shipped with Post Nord or GLS. Note: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service. Deliveries are made on all business days. Your item will be delivered within 1-3 business days after the order. For certain items, special delivery conditions apply. The conditions will be specified before the purchase of these items.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must complain in a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Park Concept A/S will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

In case of a refund, please include your bank information in the form of a reg. no. and account no., so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for fulfilling the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full return policy is granted on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

•    Receive the last item physically when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several rounds.

•    Receive the last batch or last part physically when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

•    Receive the first item physically when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a certain period.

You bear the return costs yourself. Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment to us no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email to info@parkstyling.com. In the message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed return slip and send the item to: PARK Styling C/O System Transport A/S Transportcenter alle 19 7400 Herning

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice at the same time.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

•    Items that are made to the consumer's specifications or have a distinct personal touch.

•    Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.

•    Items where the seal is broken.

•    Services performed, where the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.

•    Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment thereof, that the right of withdrawal is thus forfeited.

•    Newspapers, magazines, or journals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.

•    Agreements made at public auction.

•    Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Return

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be quicker if you also fill out and enclose our withdrawal form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent C.O.D.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functionality. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt - of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us back. In case of a depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation for returning it.
